Spectra of protons and helium nuclei from tevatrons according to satellite experiments: indication to non-classical character of cosmic ray diffusion

Abstract
Within the framework of the non-classical diffusion model created by the authors, an astrophysical interpretation is given of the results of precision measurements of the energy spectra of protons and helium nuclei obtained in the last decade in satellite experiments. It is shown that the breaks in the spectra in the TeV energy region, established in the DAMPE and CALET experiments, can be explained by considering the contributions from a group of tevatrons located at a distance of 150–200 pc from the Earth and having an age of ~ (4–6) · 10 years.
